Tournament Entry Conditions

Eligibility

All competitors must be current financial members of a Club affiliated with NZIB, unless otherwise stated, eg some competitions will be for Canterbury affiliated members only or are open to non-affiliated players.

Submitting Entries

Entries can be submitted through your Club Secretary or sent directly via email to the Association Secretary.

Entry details must include the full team names and the event(s) being entered.

Payment Options

• Payment can be made when submitting your entry or on the day of the event.

• If you default on the day, you are still required to pay the full entry fee.

• Players with outstanding fees may not be eligible to play in future tournaments until all amounts are paid in full.

Closing Dates

Entries must be in before or on the closing date.  Names of those entered will be published on the CIBA website.  If you think there has been an error and you name has been missed you need to contact the Match Committee as soon as possible.

Late or Exceptional Entries

Telephone or last-minute entries may only be accepted under exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of the Match Committee.
